ENSURING CONSTRUCTION STAFF ARE FULLY ENTERTAINED WHILST WORKING OFFSHORE.
Saipem 7000 is the world’s second largest crane vessel after the Thailf and lifts a staggering 14,000 tonnes at 42 meters, in height. Owned by the oil and gas industry contractor Saipem, the ship has worked in Mexico, Canada, Africa, Norway, Scotland, Russia and the Mediterranean. Continually constructing oil platforms, gas pipelines and wind turbines; currently holding the offshore lifting record of 12,150 tons set in the Mediterranean. There is on-board accommodation for 800 people, consisting of 30 triple, 335 double and 40 single cabins. It is important staff are kept fully entertained, during the long periods at sea. This has been achieved by installing the Surround HD Super Simulator, offering the various nationalities the ability to play 25+ different sports, 525+ game challenges, on 1,575+ sporting venues from around the world.
